Issue
The product displays the message “K0033”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
•When installing new design components (fonts, monograms, etc)
•When installing updates
Cause
The license could not be validated due the license file is corrupted or it was moved or deleted.
How to Proceed
Check that the antivirus program has not quarantined any product files. Set it up so that it does not interfere with the product installation folders, then reinstall the product.
If the problem persists, contact support staff.
